      Pros

      Great benefits, and atmosphere in the VIACOM office in NYC.

      Cons

      Internal battle within IT of Paramount and VIACOM on who is the "boss". VIACOM IT div. was looking to continue to expand in agile, devops, etc. Paramount was in ITIL mode. Paramount management was clueless on the difference and were looking to provide ITIL services to an agile (VIACOM IT) org... Go figure!
