Pros
The offices are great, along with the location. Feels like a successful place to work at, regardless of the reality behind it at times. On a general basis everyone is friendly and gets along great. There's openness to new ideas and flexibility when working on projects outside the books. Non-existant dress code in certain departments, which makes everyone comfortable dressing however they feel like it.
Cons
Preposterous decision making by the higher ups who are out of touch with their audience. Tendency by the management to employ people who are buddies outside of work regardless of their skill or professionalism. Huge gap between the salaries of higher ups and the people at the bottom (there is no middle). When the mistakes of the higher ups turn into poor profit margins, it is the people at the bottom that get cut, while the said executives get rewarded with bigger and bigger bonuses and promotions.
