Pros
Salary is not bad, but not too good. Instead of that, lay-off is rare & you can expect very peaceful life in a long term with moderate salary. You can expect work with oversea, and have opportunity (a lot) go to overseas if you are capable.
Cons
Promotion is really slow and salary mainly depends on the age. Management is old style, thus you may face really non-compatible bosses oftenly.
