Warning: make sure your self esteem is in tact before you walk through their door. Be prepared to give up your credibility, ambition and creativity. Politics and processes inhibit efficacy. Inflated expectations defy reason and perpetuate a climate of failure. Expect little support and cooperation, inadequate authority and undefined job parameters, and to work long hours responding to constant crisis' created by poor planning and execution.
