Pros
The benefit package was quite good. Healthcare coverage was excellent. Sales people had very nice company cars. 401K had a match. Vacation/holidays were generous. Excellent, high quality products.
Cons
It is difficult to adjust to Japanese culture/methods/policies. No clear career path for promotions. Do more with less attitude. Every month's sales is critical. Constant need for reports/paperwork/market surveys. Product innovation lacking. Competitors are more nimble.
