Pros
Excellent compensation and benefits. If you find the right manager, it is a pleasure to work there. If notm however, it can be difficult, if not impossible, to meet expectations.
Cons
Constantly shifting strategies with too much reliance on the same group of managers. Most fail upward to positions of higher responsibility, thereby expanding their detrimental effect to a larger group of employees
