Toxic work enviroment - Anonymous employee Panalpina Employee Review

Employees are bullied by management/supervisors, over worked. Employees are set up to fail. When employees are sitting at their desk crying because they are so overworked, there is a problem. There have been 4 Business Unit Managers withing 3 years and still this place is falling apart. Many employees have walked out as they could not take the abuse any longer.
