You would be better off working at McDonalds - Anonymous employee Panalpina Employee Review

Panalpina does not provide proper training to their employees. You move to another position within the company and you have 5 different people training you 5 different ways. There is no consistency within the departments and seems that management it at a loss as well. I was told when asking questions regarding my position that I ask too many questions. In the 10+ years of working here the recent management has completely turned this place upside down to the point customers are leaving. Not what it used to be!
