Good work culture, highly motivated team you can possibly imagine. Great bunch of people to work with, free from office politics generally prevalent in most MNC's
Cons
Regional team is based in based in the same building and does too much of day to day meddling in Country setup. Product head are headless and have no clue how to manage their respective products
