      Great networking. Wonderful team of people. Working with associates internationally has the opportunity to build great relationships and bring exciting experiences.

      Cons

      The working culture does not help motivate people. Decisions are forced and at times with low transparency. At times, decisions and actions contradict the advertised work culture, leading to lowered motivation for everyone involved.

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
