Pros
- Company genuinely strives to improve its workplace culture every day and genuine improvements have been made - Some job roles are very engaging and make the day go by rather quickly - Coworkers always have a good attitude about helping others; feels like an actual team for the most part while still having some focus on individuality - Line leads are personable, educated, professional, and support every role equally while maintaining control of line - Benefits package allows many choices for plans - Management focuses on engagement and will often accommodate extenuating circumstances if you communicate them
Cons
- Management can be slow to act - Other job roles are exceptionally (INCREDIBLY) boring at times and can be mentally taxing - Pay is low considering the surrounding area - 12 hour shifts are brutal, but the scheduling may appeal to those who like to have 3 days off a week - Hiring crisis/pandemic means staffing is consistently subpar despite best efforts - Occasional issues in keeping promises can make attempts at workplace culture improvement seem vapid or fake at times
