Great place to acquire skills in biotech. Supposedly more opportunities to move up.
Cons
Changes in management caused for too many changes to accommodate within team aspect. More managerial positions open than associate/ sr. associate positions needed for those who do not want to become a manager. Starting to see quick turn around of less than 5 yrs (in one department), unless you move to another department of company within Danaher.
