      Work life balance - Often rewarding those who overwork. Bias and Favoritism - Leadership program graduates are treated like gold Management is unexperienced - no accountability for the damage they do to people's careers

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
