      Holidays off, health benefits, 10 hours of PTO every month, room for advancement, friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Point system, mandatory overtime (weekends; Sat and Sun at times), every week you have to wait until Wednesday meeting to find out what your weekend is looking like before you can make any plans.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
