      Under Danaher there is a lot to learn from the Danaher Business System

      Cons

      Low morale since the acquisition by Danaher. Many great people have left because of poor life / work balance.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
