Pros
Training was terrible due not just to disorganisation but also the language barrier - many workers were not English speakers and made little effort to communicate. Both direct and upper management unapproachable and rude, refusing to learn your name, and staff in the quality department were extremely demeaning. On the factory floor it was a very cliquey environment which makes you feel unwelcome and unsettled. Clean room rules had one rule for some and the rules didn't seem to apply to others - some had phones on them and wore perfume and makeup and no one batted an eye if they were the "favourites". Switching from early shifts to late shifts on a weekly basis messes up your body clock and doesn't allow any routine in life. Generally a miserable environment to work in where no one wanted to really be there which explains the high turnover of staff.
Cons
Everything. Only positive was getting out of there and finding something better.
