      Reimbursement for shoes annually, reimbursement for monthly dry cleaning of 1 uniform

      Cons

      Expectations are unrealistic for some sites. Guards are inadequately equipped for the job. When mentioned, guards are told the same thing “you aren’t allowed xxx at your placement”

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
