      Pros

      I would like to thank Paladin for acknowledging pre booked vacation time at their take over.(How ever a bit disappointed that there is no recognition for the 14+ years of service on the same site as a Guard.) There are all types of training courses available. Seem to be a fairly proactive group

      Cons

      Follow up seems to be slow on some requests, ie. Rotating shift scheduling. The amount of course training to be completed in a short time period. Some of the courses have no real bearing at our work site

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
