      As far as the larger security companies go, this is the best one I have worked. Free training, opportunities for advancement and gear reimbursement.

      Cons

      This is a unionized environment where you will have coworkers who are disagreeable with management and lacklustre in performance because they can get away with it.

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
