Absolutely Terrible Company - Security Officer Paladin Security Group Employee Review

Management never backs their own staff and they are quick to throw employees under the bus to cover their own. I’ve seen it myself for several years. I’ve seen many guards loose heir jobs and positions and the Lethbridge office never did anything to back or support their staff. There is zero communication between management and sites. We are always feeling like left out. Paladin also supports predators and when an employee makes a complaint, paladin sides with the predator This company is a joke.
