      Paladin is very supportive towards their employees and really makes sure that every employee feels like a valued member of the team. If you are hard working, you will be presented with great opportunities and a chance to grow within the company. Great efforts will not go unnoticed here. They are really focusing on the "Paladin Difference" and that "Corporate Culture". This company is a big family.

      Cons

      Some paperwork takes a little long to go through. For example, self evaluations for the annual performance reviews.

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
