      - promote from within - industry education is provided and also encouraged - employees are asked for feedback and it is listened to - if there is a problem there are steps to take to have it fixed and every level

      Cons

      - sometimes have to tell your supervisor you are interested in moving up but they are working on that with succession plans

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
