Pros
Paladin basically gives you free training, uniforms, security license and gets you stuck in a 6 month contract where if you leave paladin before 6 months they charge you for the training you received, uniform, security license. They made this rule because many people leave there company because they treat there employees like garbage and don't value them.
Cons
When you apply for a healthcare officer position, they call you for an interview and hire you but tell you that they want you to work in different places to see where you fit, so for the first few months they will send you to malls, stores, downtown and etc. They will then tell you your doing a great job as general duties and they want you to work in downtown as that's where they mostly need guards... You can't refuse cause your new and they know that. The management is super rude and doesn't care about you, they are upstuck and aren't concerned about your well-being. Breaks are not given for even 12 hour shifts! They don't have post orders at some sites and will blame you for not telling them there responsibles. If you make a slight mistake, they will blame you to cover there buts even if it's their fault. They do not care about your safety and wellbeing! Managers are not concerned about your concerns. The CEO should do undercover boss! Alot of paladins security guards I met are not happy and the older ones say before paladin a different company owned it and it was awesome. But since paladin bought the company it's being really bad. No actual training will be provided, on your First day they will put you in downtown alone in a huge building and you will be clueless what to do.
