Pros
Paladin is an employee first company that really invests in their people, whether it's training and development or through their commitment to employee wellness through offering various employee services and amenities. Paladin is a company that believes in promoting from within and those that put in the work are rewarded both in compensation and in responsibility. Being with the company over for over 7 years, I've received strong mentor-ship from senior leadership and have been positively rewarded for the work that I've put in which is all I could ask for. Paladin has really changed the public perception of a "security guard" to one of customer service professionals who are all around intelligent, skilled and high performers.
Cons
As the company continues to grow and expand, it needs to remember to stick to it's core values and ensure that front line employees are continuously supported.
