      Love the people and the benefits, work is enjoyable and I am given opportunities

      Cons

      Starting to doubt leadership at the top and overall strategy. Change is very slow and company needs to improve its data management.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
