      - 2 days work from home benifits - Monthly any 1 Friday second half relax Friday - Earned leaves encashment - Transport facilities - Best health insurance policy

      Cons

      - Super slow promotion - Low incremental system - No value for super performers - If you work in BD there is reporting to India which will not let you take decisions independently.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
