      Pros

      Great benefits. Great training opportunities and ways to get involved and give back to the community.

      Cons

      It seems the company is too big at times. Can be micromanaged with certain managers. Although their training program specifically discourages that. I would advise against having a manager that has been with the company for years and years. They don't require new training often for old managers.
