      Benefits are terrific, people are great, company is growing mostly in wholesale.

      Little advancement possibilities for those in the filed. Heavy work load at store level.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
