      People, benefits, flex time and work life balance, great location

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to communicate with departments throughout the company. They do not provide pay scale information when requested. Sometimes associates are treated as if they do not matter.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
