Pros
Company has insurance and the product is made with excellent quality. Overall, from listening to the customers, quality was the best thing about the merchandise.
Cons
They do not promote within company like they say they do. They pay people coming in from the outside more money than a person who has been with company for years. They take advantage of you by making you do things beyond your job description and do not pay you for it. Just not a friendly company.
