Pros

Great company perks. Substantial employee discount everything Puma sells: Clothing, Shoes, accessories. You also get a discount with other family companies: Cobra Golf and Volcom. On the first day you start they give you a pair a Puma sneakers. Puma has a very fun and friendly atmosphere. Management is willing to listen and does their part to help you to be successful. Puma invests in their employees by offering courses and training for employees. Puma encourages people to grow from within the organization. Puma rewards those for a job well done with a nice check and recognition. Work life balance is great. They allow employees to leave early in the summer on Fridays. They have many fun events throughout the year. Watch some of the Puma YouTube videos, it truly is a great place to work.

Cons

The Westford office could use some renovations in the hallways near the rear employee entrance. The parking lot needs crack sealing repairs. The kitchens could use some updating.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your working experience at PUMA. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoy the benefits and perks of working here, and that you have a voice where your opinions are heard. Both HR and management continuously work together to insure our employees are being developed through on-the-job training as well as classroom programs. Additionally, we are looking at ways to make cosmetic updates to our building both inside and out. We realize the importance of employees working in a safe, clean and welcoming environment, as well as how our brand is represented by candidates and vendors when they visit.
