      - Many immature core departments that don't have the time or resources to improve. - Unstructured and chaotic work environment - Bureaucracy where it is not needed - Ever changing priorities

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
