No career path - unless you are a friend of the founder or you are in the company since 2014. Company culture does not exist, and middle management laughs at it. Disparity of treatment between english speakers and german speakers, entire departments (ex. Sales) have only german workers. PPRO claims it got a flat hierarchy, but only in certain locations. Some locations suffer instead of excessive micromanagement. Absolute lack of transparency. And if you try to ask for some, you kind of get punished.
