      PPD/ Thermo Fisher is a good company to work for. They are very structured and focussed on doing "the right thing"

      Cons

      There is a lot of secrecy and it is difficult to grow in the company. Innovation seems to be a new concept for them.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons
