Pros
good if you want to work in the pharmaceutical world, however they hire based on the "good ole boy" system, where you need to know someone inside, or be "appealing" as a woman, to be hired. Very much not a fun place to work
Cons
see the pros.....they don't really care about their employees, they'll send around emails once a month from the CEO gloating about how much money the company made that month, versus how little you make..
