      Pros

      Great for college grads to get experience. It is also relatively easy to branch into different areas that interest you. Consist reviews. Some managers are really wonderful. The coworkers definitely make this place amazing!

      Cons

      Being acquired by Thermo has been awful. MOPA department is straight production and management is pretty chaotic. Poor communication and morale gets very low. The constant beat up makes managers not care and high turnover

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
