      Good learning system. Nice working enviorment.

      Cons

      Only lateral job opportunities. Very hard to advance in your career. Salary is not bad for Bulgaria but I find it bad. Very soon they close remote positions.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
