      -Great, friendly, understanding Management - Great coworkers, Group leaders and teams - solid company benefits and weekends off

      Cons

      -PM onboarding process is lacking - mainly reading SOPs and taking quizzes, lack of excel training, six sigma and other useful tools other companies offer -Salary is 10-15% below industry standard. Can make more doing less at other companies. - high APM and PM turnover rate which causes performance gaps and makes the job difficult -Too many clients for the amount of PMs.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
