Pros

Lots of access to on-line corporate training. Company is growing. Also, contract-work for pharmaceutical industry will always be in demand.

Cons

A lot of us felt that we were underpaid for our education and expertise. I applied for a transfer from one site to another and was told that my current position required so much less than the one I was applying for that I was not qualified. The job titles and descriptions were identical. The lack of uniformity across departments was unacceptable. Also, they way things were structured at my department essentially made most entry-level positions dead-end.

Pros

Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

Cons

You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
