      Pros

      I like the work environment and my coworkers. The benefits and salary are decent but not sure how it compares to the industry. WFH is really good benefit but usually leads to working more hours.

      Cons

      Work/life balance gone, always more work than people. Hard to get time off even if you have it. Who you know or who mngt likes tends play a role in movement. Once some experience gained, good ones are out the door.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
