Pros
Relatively flexible work arrangements (depending on how is the manager) with possibility to work from home once a week (on different day each week). Good place to hang out until something better comes along.
Cons
Toxic and vindictive environment, untrained management with narrow minded approach. Extremely boring and repetitive work, more suited for a young administrator than the accountant. Very conservative and rigid approach to "analysis". Often using wrong tools for the job. Challenge and improvements highly discouraged. EXTREMELY high staff turnover, unstable environment. Arrogant managers.
