Pros
Fast-paced, self-motivated work in a group setting. Always others there to help. Flexible work hours (kind of). Plenty of PTO and holidays off.
Cons
Training is a joke, So-called Team Leaders only have their own best interest in mind. Job security is non existent. Favoritism is a real problem. Decent place to work if you just want to gain experience. If you’re looking to advance, don’t bother. It’ll never happen.
