      Great coworkers. This is the only reason I have stayed as long as I have.

      Cons

      Constant change - not referring to procedures which is normal. The change is what is expected or wanted from management. Everyday is a new email stating that they have changed their mind.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
