      Pay and benefits, but only because of the union and the CBA Not much else

      Cons

      Corporate leadership lies and dismisses recurring issues Number one priority is the money made with each contract, employees don't matter

      fast paced work environment with friendly staff

      Cons

      the days were very unpredictable . somedays i would sit days and other days i would see a client once an hour.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
