Pros
Great day to day staff relations. Enjoyed federal holidays off since I worked off of a government contract. Allowed me to take on as much responsibility and learning as I desired.
Cons
Upper management changed somewhat frequently. Position was repetitive and could be dull at times. Since we were on a government contract, we always had to wait for the government to release money in their budget at the beginning of each fiscal year.
