It's a job. They also have flexible work hours.
Cons
Management does not care about your wellbeing as an employee. The company treats contractors like they are worth nothing more than a means to make a profit - no pay increases regardless of your years or hard work. 5 days off of paid time off - pitiful benefits. Moreover, even cost of living adjustments are considered out of the question. It's ridiculous.
