Pros
The PAE-REACT team does it's utmost to ensure employees are aware of what's going on and they are understanding when, due to geographic separation, we might not be able to get information to them as quickly as hoped.
Cons
I guess the only con would be that some of the positions are in VERY out-of-the-way places. But, that's not PAE's fault! :-)
