      Flex work from home options Good management that listens Somewhat competitive salary & decent benefits Many different programs in variety of fields all over the globe

      Cons

      Softwares are not always functional and create more manual work. Management untrained in using many software tools. Not much room for advancement.

      fast paced work environment with friendly staff

      the days were very unpredictable . somedays i would sit days and other days i would see a client once an hour.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
