      Seems like working for a small company that is actually a big company

      Cons

      shoots from the hip sometimes and makes abrupt changes and then changes the changes to account for the changes that should not have been made in the first place

      fast paced work environment with friendly staff

      the days were very unpredictable . somedays i would sit days and other days i would see a client once an hour.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
