You have no say in anything. It is their way or the highway. They remind you daily that they are a "right to work" company. Not one project has come in on time or on budget. You are to blame for anything that goes wrong even if you have no materials to work with. Anything that goes right is preceded by the word I. I completed this or I caused this to happen. They will rape sustaining's parts and supplies for their projects lack and then punish sustaining for not maintaining the facilities. We have lost so many good and talented people because of management.
